GVTO’s India–Thailand Business Conclave 2026 Opens New International Opportunities for Industries

The GVTO initiative connects Indian and Thai industries with buyers, distributors, investors, technology partners, government representatives, and institutional networks across ASEAN.

Bangkok, [Thailand], 20 July, 2026: The Global Vision Trade Organization (GVTO) successfully organized the India–Thailand Business Conclave 2026 to provide industries, manufacturers, exporters, MSMEs, startups, and service providers with a structured platform for exploring international business opportunities.

Held on 12 June 2026, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok, Thailand, the Conclave took place alongside ProPak Asia 2026 by Informa Markets and was proudly powered by People’s Reflections as the Media Partner.

The initiative brought together more than 130 delegates, over 50 business leaders, and representatives from 10+ countries. It enabled participating companies to connect with potential buyers, importers, exporters, distributors, investors, manufacturers, technology providers, government representatives, and institutional leaders.

The India–Thailand Business Conclave was created with a clear objective: to give deserving industries direct access to international markets and help them convert global connections into practical business opportunities.

Creating International Opportunities for Industries

Many small and medium-sized industries manufacture competitive products but face challenges when expanding internationally. These challenges may include limited global exposure, difficulty identifying trusted partners, insufficient market knowledge, and limited access to international buyers and investors.

Through the India–Thailand Business Conclave, GVTO created a platform where participating industries could:

  • Present their products and manufacturing capabilities internationally.
  • Meet potential buyers, distributors, importers, and exporters.
  • Explore manufacturing and technology collaborations.
  • Identify sourcing and supply-chain opportunities.
  • Discuss distribution and market-representation partnerships.
  • Explore joint ventures and investment opportunities.
  • Understand the requirements of Thailand and other ASEAN markets.
  • Connect with government and institutional representatives.
  • Build relationships with international business leaders.
  • Participate in structured follow-up and business matchmaking.

The initiative was particularly valuable for MSMEs and first-time exporters seeking trusted support to begin their international expansion.

Supporting Both Indian and Thai Industries

The Conclave was designed as a bilateral platform that creates opportunities for industries from both India and Thailand.

For Indian industries, Thailand provides access to a strategically located ASEAN market with opportunities in manufacturing, processing, packaging, agriculture, food products, healthcare, technology, tourism, logistics, and professional services.

For Thai industries, India offers a large and rapidly expanding consumer market, a strong manufacturing ecosystem, skilled human resources, digital infrastructure, and growing demand for advanced products, technology, equipment, and services.

GVTO’s initiative encouraged companies from both countries to explore partnerships based on mutual growth rather than limited buyer-seller transactions.

This approach opened discussions around joint manufacturing, technology exchange, investment, distribution, product development, sourcing, and long-term market expansion.

Turning Business Introductions into Real Opportunities

The India–Thailand Business Conclave was developed as more than a networking event. GVTO focused on creating relevant and structured introductions between companies based on their industries, requirements, capabilities, and expansion objectives.

Participating businesses received opportunities to connect with:

  • International buyers and procurement representatives
  • Importers and exporters
  • Distributors and market representatives
  • Manufacturers and suppliers
  • Technology and equipment providers
  • Investors and potential joint-venture partners
  • Trade organizations and industry associations
  • Government and institutional representatives
  • Universities and knowledge partners
  • Professional service providers

These introductions created a foundation for future discussions, commercial agreements, market-entry partnerships, and bilateral investments.

Business Networking Alongside ProPak Asia 2026

Holding the Conclave alongside ProPak Asia 2026 by Informa Markets provided participating industries with additional exposure to regional developments in processing, packaging, manufacturing, technology, and supply-chain solutions.

Business networking sessions were conducted in the presence of the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), an apex organization under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India.

This association allowed participating industries to interact with established businesses and industry professionals while exploring new technologies, equipment, sourcing options, and market trends.

It also provided Indian companies with an opportunity to better understand international quality expectations, packaging requirements, production standards, and buyer preferences.

The India–Thailand Business Conclave created opportunities across a wide range of sectors, including:

  • Manufacturing and industrial equipment
  • Food processing and agribusiness

Their alliance aims to create a reliable business bridge between India and Thailand by combining GVTO’s international business network with TIBA’s knowledge and relationships within Thailand’s commercial ecosystem.
